Paranormal Investigation Rules and Conditions

To protect the historic integrity of the museum, its artifacts, and the safety of all guests, all paranormal investigation teams must follow the rules below without exception.

​

No Ouija boards are permitted anywhere on the premises. Cleansing rituals, spiritual rituals, or any form of ritual activity are strictly prohibited on museum property.

​

Sleeping in museum beds is absolutely forbidden. Any investigators who plan to sleep during their rental period must bring their own air mattress or other appropriate sleeping arrangements.

​

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. No minors are permitted on the property during paranormal investigations.

​

Only registered guests with valid identification will be permitted to participate in the investigation. No unregistered guests, substitutes, or additional visitors will be allowed on the property.

​

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

​

Investigation teams may not sell tickets, host paid public events, or bring in outside investigators beyond the approved team members. At no time may more than seven team members be on the property.

​

Artifacts, furnishings, exhibits, and museum displays may not be moved, touched, handled, or used as “trigger objects” under any circumstances.

​

Each member of the investigation team must complete a waiver before entering the property.

​

Investigators do not have access to the family cemetery and must remain within the museum property lines at all times.

​

Failure to follow any of these rules may result in immediate removal from the property by security. No refunds will be issued for violations of museum policy.

Payment is required when requesting a date. If the requested date is unavailable, you will be contacted with available alternatives. If you choose not to book one of the available dates, your payment will be refunded. Once your investigation date is confirmed and secured, all fees are non-refundable.
